Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase The Jewellery Trove are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days from when item is delivered. Items exempt from return policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:

— Bespoke items
— Customised items - resized, engraved etc.

Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing and provide details of a return address.

Please note you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.

If you are returning your item from outside of the United Kingdom, items must be clearly marked as a return. Please note the buyer is responsible for any customs fees payable upon return of the item.

Upon receipt of the items being returned the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-10 working days to credit your account.
